Azure Well-Architected Review: 1 Week Assessment

The Azure Well-Architected Framework is a structured approach created by Microsoft, with best practices to help customers build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure for their applications. The review will focus on the 5 pillars of the Azure Well-Architected Framework. Once the review is completed, we will provide a prioritized list of findings allowing you to optimize your environment and governing processes according to Azure best practices.

The assessment includes:

Day 1: Introduction and understand current architecture. Evaluate Azure Advisor & perform Well-Architected assessment.

Day 2: Analyze Azure Advisor & in depth analysis of Well-Architected assessment report to identify gaps.

Day 3 & 4: Prepare recommendations for improvement based on 5 pillars of Azure Well-Architected Framework

Day 5: Working session with Customer to review identified priority issues & share recommendations. Jointly build mitigation plan for next steps.
