The Integration Center of Excellence provides governance, standards, leadership, best practices, and support in the area of Enterprise Application and B2B Integration on a modern cloud native platform
Is your organization fraught with non-standard integration implementations ranging from cron jobs, point to point integrations, scattered ETL pipelines to custom made console apps?
The strongest tenet of an Integration strategy is the people, processes and policies that govern it. The platform itself is a key enabler, but not the main component. Organizations must focus on the foundations of a strong integration practice, then focus on the integrations itself.
We will establish an Integration Center of Excellence within your organization underpinned by the following deliverables:
We will first understand your current integration landscape and integration use cases, then design and implement the Integration architecture, the governance and security and lastly, deploy the platform in your development, stage and production environments.
Agenda: Week 1 - Integration Architecture Landscape Discovery Sessions
Week 2,3 - Enterprise Integration Architecture design and documentation
Week 4, 5 - Enterprise Integration Governance and Security design and documentation
Week 6,7,8 - Enterprise Integration Platform implementation
Week 9 - Knowledge Transfer, Training, Project Closeout
Workshops: Week 1: Architecture discovery workshops (Total 4.5 hours over 3 days)
Week 2-8: Weekly project status meeting and documentation review session (1 per week, 1-2 hours each)
Week 9: Knowledge Transfer / handover and training workshops (5 sessions, 2 hours each)
Requirements: We advise the following roles to be available to participate in the workshops per the workshop schedule: Enterprise Architect(s), Solution Architect(s), Application Manager(s), Integration Manager(s), Security Manager(s), Infrastructure Manager(s)
