DKP is D2iQ's enterprise Kubernetes platform. DKP Essential is intended for single-cluster environments, while DKP Enterprise is intended for multi-cluster environments. DKP is available with Premium 24x7 support or Confirmed Stateside Support (CSS) 24x7 options.

DKP Essential is an enterprise-grade Kubernetes distribution designed to help companies go into production quickly and easily. Built on pure open-source Kubernetes to avoid vendor lock-in, DKP Essential provides platform services for networking, storage, logging, monitoring and more, all of which have been carefully selected from the CNCF landscape and rigorously tested to work together. CAPI autoscaling automatically scales infrastructure capacity based on the resource needs of the running workloads to reduce operational costs. DKP Essential operates across the full range of cloud, on-premise, edge, vSphere, and air-gapped environments and has support for various OSs, including immutable OSs, and Nvidia GPUs.

DKP Enterprise is a centralized management plane that acts as a single point of observability and control for all your Kubernetes clusters, such as on-premise, vSphere, and Azure AKS clusters. DKP provides all components needed for production-ready fleet management - Kubecost, Flux, Velero, Prometheus, Grafana, Cert-Manager, Calico, Gatekeeper, Dex, Nvidia GPU Operator , and data apps like Kafka, Spark, and Cassandra. Taking a declarative approach to Kubernetes, DKP Enterprise leverages CAPI for infrastructure management and FluxCD for application lifecycle management. Detailed cost data, plus additional insights generated by D2iQ, ensure transparency of the cost and health of clusters. Multi-tenant logging and role-based policy allow organizations to allocate responsibility. Day 2 applications can be deployed in any Kubernetes managed or self-attached clusters on-premise, in the cloud, edge, vSphere, and air-gapped scenarios.

DKP comes with our new offering, DKP Insights, which is in Tech Preview. DKP Insights detects various anomalies in your Kubernetes clusters and workloads and presents them as Insight Alerts in an Insights table.
