Azure Data Migration: 15-days

The primary purpose of this assessment is to analyze and assess the IT environment in data warehouses and reporting systems. We recommend the Data Assessment to the clients whose current analytical solution is not operating optimally. We want to advise companies interested in migrating to the Azure cloud and building a modern solution based on the Lakehouse architecture adapted to BigData support, including streaming data. How the process of data assessment looks like?

1. First, we will prepare a transformation and migration plan of the current analytical and reporting system to a modern Lakehouse architecture built on Azure.
2. Then, we will analyze the current reporting system. a. We will gather data on current systems b. Now, our engineers conduct a workshop with the client to discuss the current solution
3. Now its time to collect functional and non-functional requirements for the new system a. Conducting a pre-implementation analysis, which includes a set that allows defining the technical and business requirements for the new system
4. At this stage, our team will present the results of the analysis of the current reporting system a. We will deliver a report on the analysis of the collected data b. And a report on the analysis of the collected information during the workshop
5. Then we will prepare potential scenarios for building an analytical platform based on Azure a. Now, we will present the optional architecture that the system can implement

8. At the end, we will compose an initial proposal for the scope of tasks with a timetable to implement the recommended new reporting system
