Community Training Implementation Advisory offers a series of guided discussions to help you implement Community Training, including consideration of the overall fit of the platform aligned with your impact goals, your organizations' training and skilling opportunities, and development of an implementation plan to achieve desired outcomes.
This work will be led by one of Wipfli's professionals, who are well versed in Community Training and who bring decades of instructional systems design and training/skilling platform experience. Wipfli is a Microsoft Tech for Social Impact partner and has been awarded as Microsoft Partner of the Year for Nonprofit Industry (2021) and Microsoft Partner of the Year Award Finalist for Inclusion Changemaker (2023).
Community Training provides a platform that enable organizations to deliver high-impact digital skilling and other training through both mobile and offline capabilities over large, geographically disparate regions and in numerous languages.
Community Training Implementation Advisory will provide your organization with:
- An understanding of the best application of Community Training to address your organization's training program needs
- A framework for implementation of Community Training at your organization using your internal engineering and IT resources
- An understanding of the features and functions of the Community Training platform and its application to your organization's environment
- Overall Community Training design approach recommendations
Community Training Implementation Advisory includes three components:
- Community Training Overview: Demonstration of Community Training functionality and capabilities from both the learner and training administrator perspective and highlighting promising practices for highest impact to your organization and your constituents
- Technology Infrastructure Guidance: Evaluation of your organization's intended use of the Community Training platform and guidance to help you confidently estimate your Azure consumption costs and related configuration of the Azure subscription to meet your organization's needs
- Advisory Services and Community Training Strategy: Coaching and assistance with preplanning and design decisions for Community Training implementation to best meet your organization's programmatic training/skilling goals
Community Training Implementation Advisory has these assumptions:
- You have administrative access to your organization's Microsoft Azure subscription and are trained on the Azure Portal
- This offering provides advisory services only; your organization will provide the implementation work
- Community Training platform licensing and Microsoft Azure consumption costs are the responsibility of your organization
- Community Training Implementation Advisory is limited to 12 hours and is extendable at additional cost
