Tap into the full potential of Microsoft Azure OpenAI capabilities with our 4-week Azure Data Platform engagement. This Microsoft-funded engagement helps customers demonstrate the value of OpenAI for their organization and lays the foundation for adoption. Target business outcomes for customers may include decreasing the administrative burden of employees, improving user and customer experiences, and increasing data accuracy and insights through the safe and secure use of AI.

Our approach includes several milestones:

• Milestone 1: We’ll start with three workshops to help you identify business objectives, data sources, and current landscape; explore large language models (LLMs) and OpenAI use cases for your organization; and finalize prioritized use cases.
• Milestone 2: Next, we dive into the architectural design and build a minimal landing zone to support the selected use case for OpenAI and LLMs, enabling the workload(s) with proper resourcing, models, code, and documentation of current and future state.
• Milestone 3: We'll enable your team through effective knowledge transfer sessions for the subscription and design options, help you establish costing, present overall findings, and suggest future use cases, security efforts, integration opportunities, and more for your teams to consider as you look to enable OpenAI within your organization.

Deliverables:

• Workshops conducted by AIS with IT and business owners to understand your business objectives, use cases, and current state.
• Deployment of a landing zone to support initial customer scenarios.
• Azure cost consumption estimates.
• Azure tenant with applicable Azure Data Services are deployed.
• Knowledge transfer sessions.
• Suggested roadmap.
