Application of the Future - 5-day greenfield app envisioning and design workshop

The intent is to accelerate greenfield app opportunities to PoC or solution development stage by providing a time-bound offer that helps the customer envision the new application being proposed and clearly show the impact it will have on the organization’s business goals.

This offer helps turn your vision into a full application architecture proposal on Azure in just five days and at no cost to you. The engagement includes: • Design workshop to identify business requirements and recommend solution • Rapid prototype to illustrate key solution functionality • Azure service and architecture design recommendations and cost estimates • Cost and time estimate for delivery of full solution build

This design workshop will help customers identify a business scenario, create a reference architecture and rapidly prototype Azure application platform that supports this design. The Engagement is broken out into three key milestones.
Milestone 1: Identification of business scenarios to model in Azure, plus customer skilling and hands-on learning • Executive Summary • Customer Business Objectives • Scope of project Milestone 2: Rapid prototyping & Architecture Design- • Creation of a rapid prototype to provide a visual representation of the solution • Architecture Design is based on customer’s business requirements. • Identification of key technologies, scenarios, and costing. • Proposal for additional services (POC/Pilot)

While this Engagement is delivered in different phases, we will provide a consolidated final deliverable capturing the entire scope of the project: • Executive Summary - overview of engagement scope, customer objectives, results of migration and recommendations for next steps • Azure Consumption Estimates for Azure (PAYG, AHUB, RI over 1 and 3 years) • Azure service and architecture design recommendations • Creation of a rapid prototype to provide a visual representation of the solution • Identification of key technologies, scenarios and costing. • Proposal for additional services (PoC/Pilot.)
