Description: The multitenant scenario occurs when an organization has more than one Microsoft 365 tenant (Entra ID). Reasons that an organization may have multiple tenants: Conglomerates Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures
Deliverables: Session 1 - Strategy: • Introduction to Multitenant Organizations • Understanding organizational requirements • Define test cases • Licensing Considerations
Session 2 - Technology: • Introduction to Microsoft 365 Administrative portals: Admin Portal https://admin.microsoft.com/ Entra Portal https://entra.microsoft.com/ • Live demonstration of multitenant configuration • Live demonstration of multitenant test cases (as defined in Session 1)
Session 3 Recommendations: • Recommendations documentation review • Project close-out
Assumptions: • These modules are delivered as total of 4-8 hours of interactive sessions guided by presentation material and live interaction with the demonstration tenant. • 3 formal sessions are planned • Q&A is welcome. • Presentation material is provided at the conclusion of the module • While recommendations may be made, no changes to the client tenant are to be executed in the context of the module.
