These phases are:

1. Assess: In this phase we evaluate the current “As-is” state of the source infrastructure. This includes, understanding the applications hypervisor, operating system and Data base versions, their compatibility, security postures, and prerequisites to migrate to AVS.

2. Design: In this phase, Embee's technical team design the AVS environment in this phase, considering network configurations, storage needs, workloads, and cost optimization while meeting disaster recovery, availability, and scalability standards. Network design, storage and computational resource planning, security, and data protection are also included in this phase.

3. Build & Migrate: This phase involves setting up network connectivity, firewall settings, routing, and AVS, which includes VMware vSphere, vSAN, and NSX. After configuration, workloads will be moved from the on-premise Data center to AVS utilizing tools such as HCX.

4. Test: Post migration, Embee’s team will carry out performance and functional tests to make sure that every component—including the network, storage, computing, and others are performing as they should. The purpose of performance testing is to make sure the solution satisfies the necessary performance standards.

5. Monitor, Manage & Optimize: Embee provide 24/7 AVS managed services. As a part of this service, we will continuously monitor the AVS environment with Azure Monitor and other tools to optimize the performance and the cost. Additionally, we offered regular upgrades to guarantee that the services are secure and current.
