Innovation Jumpstart: 6-week Proof of Concept

Quisitive’s six-week Innovation Jumpstart program is designed to help customers achieve their prioritized business outcomes by providing a holistic ‘ready-to-execute’ plan for bringing new digital capabilities to life.

At the end of the six-week engagement, the customer will receive a customized architecture and blueprint that is ready for piloting or implementation.

Program Activities and Flow

Week 1: Business Discovery Workshop
We begin with a discovery workshop to identify your priorities and desired business outcomes. The Quisitive team works with you to capture the goals and high-level requirements for the application, and the business and technical prioritization.

Weeks 2-6: Inspire and Design
Through envisioning workshops, we explore your Azure-hosted application needs in more detail and unpack the business value needs in order to create a customized transformation blueprint to directly support your business goals and detailed architecture proposals to get you started immediately.

• Rapid prototype and solution architecture for a Cloud Native Application built in Azure PaaS
• Reference architecture for Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform or modern Azure-hosted application integration
• Proposal for DevSecOps in Azure adoption and change management utilizing security best practices
• Recommended path for application portfolio modernization including Cloud Adoption Framework strategy, application rationalization, and modernization timeline
