Azure Application Modernization is an essential building block to Enterprise Modernization. It provides the opportunity to start small and improve workflows around targeted business applications in your portfolio to deliver measurable value to the business through a platform-centric approach.

This engagement helps establish a vision, strategy, and roadmap for API modernization of business and technology platforms using use case elaboration, domain-driven design, and platform strategy. It follows a methodical approach that uses LVT (Lean value tree) to co-create the vision, align top business goals to the existing data landscape, design API-first Azure Applications, and use platform strategy to drive the implementation of the required components. All this while keeping an eye on measures of success (MoS).

• Develop an initial domain representation and design the first release of a thin slice of products
• Determine the Initial capabilities and operating requirements for a self-service delivery infrastructure platform
• Identify team structures and define roles and responsibilities for building the identified business products
• Update the portfolio of business product initiatives and integrate them with overall transformation governance
