Azure OpenAI CoE Jumpstart: 2-day Workshop

The AIS Open AI Center of Excellence (CoE) Jumpstart engagement enables your organization to determine its readiness and risk profile for delivering generative AI solutions using Azure Open AI and define an effective governance approach tailored to your needs.

We work with you to define the scope, roles, and responsibilities of a generative AI CoE cross-functional team that will enable your organization to manage the unique and profound opportunities, changes, risks, and ethical challenges that adopting generative AI technologies will bring.

Sample Workshop Schedule - Each workshop schedule will be tailored based on goals identified by the client as part of workshop preparation.

Day 1 Schedule –

• Introductions, Workshop Goals, and AOAI Overview
• Deep Dive of Client Provided AOAI Use Cases
• Use Case Walkthrough
• Solution Concept Definition
• Solution Implementation Approach
• Impact Assessment based on Use Cases
• Risks assessment based on identified impacts
• Skills and Knowledge/Training needs based on identified impacts
• Review of COE Charter Template, Standard COE Roles and Responsibilities Review, and Business Case Inputs Discussion
• Recap, Action Item Review, and Wrap-Up

Day 2 Schedule –

• AIS Team Open Q&A with Stakeholders from prior day activities
• COE Charter and Business Case working session (COE Purpose, Roles and Responsibilities, Authority and Areas of Focus, Guidelines/Standards Development Needs, and Initial Use Case for Development)
• AIS Team Internal working session with selected Client SMEs to deep dive on specific topic areas for COE Charter and Business Case and a Use Case(s) Implementation approach
• Conclude Workshop and review post-workshop activities and work products that will be delivered post workshop

Post-Workshop – AIS internal Review and finalization of COE Charter/Business Case and identified follow-on Use Case implementation recommendations
