SAP on AZURE 2-Day Assessment

The SAP on Azure assessment is designed to provide customers with the necessary information to evaluate their readiness for SAP workload migration to Azure and includes an analysis of the related IT infrastructure, taking into consideration current deployment, applications, usage, processes, and data. The analysis will be the basis for the evaluation of the customer’s current SAP system architecture, landscape, (SAP system landscape is defined as the arrangement of servers, usually being: Development, Quality and Production Servers) and its related applications and infrastructure. Using this information, assess and establish the initial steps for the cloud transformation roadmap, as well as providing guidance on fulfilling the requirements to deploy a SAP workload in Azure.
Based on the analysis, recommendations to optimize policies and procedures to facilitate their digital transformation strategy and implementation should also be provided. This assessment is ideal for customers running SAP on-premises solutions over Windows or Linux OS with SQL, ASE, DB2 or Oracle databases. FyrSoft will collect the data and perform a full discovery and inventory outlining all Microsoft product deployments and usage.

A Final Assessment Report will include:

1. An Executive Summary: A high-level summary of project background and scope, data discovery
2. A high-level Summary Review of the SAP on Azure Assessment i.An assessment of the customer’s overall infrastructure and SAP landscape state, in relation to their SAP on Azure migration strategy.
3. A customized Migration Roadmap should address scope, time, and cost: i. Provide a prioritized roadmap detailing the cloud migration recommendations. ii. Provide a detailed timeline with start dates and stop dates. iii. Estimated resource hours and rates for migration services should be itemized.
4. Provide recommendations based on the data gathered and analysis completed during the Assessment.
