Azure DevOps Transformation journey starting from:

▪ Planning and Assessment: Assessment is about creating an understanding about the environment and its alignment with scope of work, gathering requirements and defining the final scope of work necessary to achieve the defined objectives. ▪ Planning & Design: During the planning phase the detailed designs are written and project planning finalized. ▪ Deployment (also referred to as Build): During the build phase deployment guides, test plans, migration plans are developed and products are deployed within lab and production environment. Unit and functional tests as per test plan are executed to verify the proper functioning of the various components. ▪ Validate and UAT: Validation refers to acceptance testing based in the use cases defined during design phase. ▪ Knowledge transfer: this phase represents the knowledge transfer, documentation and final acceptance sign off
