Enterprise Cloud Foundations: Workshop (~10 days)

Azure Cloud Foundations helps maintain technical leadership and maturity throughout Digital Modernization.

Sample Delivery

• Estimated 3-day interactive workshop covering topics including:
  • Understanding of your organization's business model / go to market / products and services;
  • Technology life-cycle, infrastructure, network, storage, collocation sites;
  • Review of security and network perimeters (incl. carrier, WAN, Intenret, etc.);
  • Considerations around data gravity, compliance, residency, availability and protection;
  • Governance alignement of policy definition / enforcement, compliance controls;
  • Alignment of tools, DevOps practices and workload / data migration scenarios;
  • Classify core applications and data sets (by function / importance, availability, risk, compliance, etc.).
• Days 4-9 = Prepare written report (Detailing findings, recommendations and suggested Azure adoption / migration approach.);
• Day 10 = Summary / Executive Presentation.
