The solution enhances the user experience of finding and consuming legacy data, with a modern, responsive and accessible user interface.

The service includes the commissioning of one of more servers in Azure and the installation of the application software onto those servers. An Azure Storage Account with BLOB storage will also be created, and a connection to this setup within the application software.

Decommissioned documents will be stored in Azure BLOB and data will be stored in a read only index locally on the Azure servers.

The platform will be secured for internal access (be prepared to provide a certificate for this process).

One server will be commissioned for each ~10TB of structured data in the source system or 25TB of documents. Our Cloud Legacy Decommissioning Assessment will help determine the exact volume of data.

Pricing starts at £66,000 for a single server node and the Legacy Decommissioning App. Each additional server node is £33,000. These prices include support. Implementation services start at £15,000 and depend upon your ETL requirements.
