Cloud Essentials Support: 12 Month Implementation

Reactive and Proactive support and management of Azure and Microsoft 365, coupled with access to Bytes Technical consultants to undertake remedial and project activities.

Month 1

• Engage - Initiation: Scoping, Contracting, Due Diligence & Health Check to understand the current context of the customer estate and ongoing support requirements. This will cover discovery of the current Azure and Microsoft 365 environment. This will enable Bytes to understand the customer's current organisational structure, identity management, business controls, key Azure services and hosted applications. Key items to be identified and documented include the current applications running in Azure, Network architecture, Cloud Connectivity, use of AAD and Identity services, Storage and Backup.

Months 2-3

• Prepare - Discover: Stakeholders, Infrastructure, Applications & Services & Service Expectations Assess: Current Infrastructure, Data Reviews, Spend Reviews, Ticket Reviews & Stakeholder Needs Envision: Cost Management, Technical Management. New Ticket Categories, Support Processes, Incident Management
• Modernise - Set-up: Onboarding, User Access, resolver Groups, Reporting & Initial Remediation During this period Bytes will work with the customer to remediate their Azure environment in readiness for any full service operations. Part of this activity typically includes Patching Servers, Configuring Alerts, applying security updates and addressing network vulnerabilities.

Month 4-12

• Manage - Run: Support Operations, Cost Management, Technical Management, Reporting & Service Management During this period Bytes will work with the customer to maintain and proactively patch their Azure servers as well as deploy new services as required as part of this process regular architectural and planning reviews will take place with one of Bytes' lead Architects to plan for modernisation of the Azure estate and prepare for future cloud usage.
