Application Modernization: 10 days assessment

Devoteam's strategy assessment helps CTO's, CIO's, IT managers, Application owners to have a clear view on how to modernize their applications to Microsoft Azure. Our assessment is based on Gartner's main drivers of application modernization and based on Devoteam's best practices and the Microsoft cloud adoption framework. We will do interviews with key stake holders and use CAST Highlight tool to segment applications and prioritize using the dimensions business impact and cloud readiness. Additionally we evaluate with CAST Highlight tool you applications on 3 different health measures:

• Software agility. How easy is it to modernize the application?
• Software elegance. How complex is the application?
