Scope

• Perform an assessment of your current Azure network architecture, firewalls, VNets and landing zone setup.
• Extend your architecture to accommodate Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, custom-built API's for orchestration, and UI interfaces.
• Propose an architecture for either Retrieval Augmented Generation or Standard LLM setup.
• Define which LLM stack is best for your use case: Azure OpenAI model deployments or commercially-viable models from Huggingface.
• Identify the Human-AI Interfaces needed for your service: web app, Microsoft Teams, Power Virtual Agent, or some other channel users will access to interact with the service.
• POC implementation: we will setup a separate, pristine Azure environment with a subset of your data and validate in a Proof-of-Concept that the service is technically feasible for your use case.
