This pilot engagement offering is for end-to-end Cloud migration of 10 applications, from building business value cases to realization of RoI. This offering can be customized based on enterprise needs and migration needs.
We provide a cohesive cloud migration path allowing for automated discovery of enterprise applications, infrastructure, and dependencies, delivering application migration assessment of benefits, risks, and timelines. Formalization of migration plans for re-hosting, re-platform, and re-architecture dispositions, creating Cloud landing zone, migration automation, and execution with Orion's Cloud Transformation Hub Accelerator.
Orion's Cloud adoption framework consists of Setup, Prepare, Adopt, Requisites, Knowledge base (SPARK) for Cloud migration template and best practices, Application Migration Acquisition Process (MAP), Discovery, Assessment, Rationalization & Transformation (DART) and Adoption, Improvement, Monitoring & Modernization (AIM) approach. Orion's approach will drive accelerated application migration to the cloud and build a sustainable cloud solution aligned to your business needs.

Discover, Assessment, Rationalization & Transformation (DART): Streamlining enterprise-wide migration to cloud platforms by executing end-to-end cloud migration steps through automated discovery, assessment, rationalization, target architecture, target cloud costs, migration kickoff, and migration cutover activities.
Adoption, Improvement & Continuous Modernization (AIM): Driving successful adoption by identifying further improvement opportunities, conducting periodic audits to assess the maturity of the services, and monitoring operating effectiveness.
