Digital Shopfloor Rapid 2 Days Assessment
Our digital shopfloor assessment has been designed for manufacturers that want to optimize their shop floor but are unsure on where to start/ which uses cases might bring them most benefit.

In order to support our Manufacturing customers in prioritizing their investments into digitizing their shop-floors, we have developed and refined an assessment framework that has been proven to accelerate digital transformation on the shopfloor with certainty of success.
This assessment is designed to explore the current digital maturity status of your shopfloor and the corresponding potential outlook with a prioritized list of digital solutions that will accelerate your digital manufacturing journey. Based on your needs, we will conduct either a rapid (~2day) or comprehensive assessment (5 day) with either a holistic view on several domains or a deep dive on a previously determined topic (e.g., energy, quality, etc.).
Holistic Comprehensive Assessment
A holistic comprehensive assessment is recommended when you have decided to digitalize your shop-floor and you need professional advice as to which digital solutions might bring you the highest benefit and how to best approach and kick-off your digital road-map. A holistic rapid assessment is recommended when you lack the transparency on how digital solutions might help you improve your shopfloor and you want to get a first high-level recommendation on which solutions exist on the market and how they could impact your shopfloor.
Comprehensive Deep Dive Assessment
A comprehensive deep dive assessment is recommended when you have already figured out where to start (e.g., save energy costs), but you lack the transparency and clarity which digital solutions exist on the market and how they could improve your individual operations.
Rapid Deep Dive Assessment
A rapid deep dive assessment is recommended when you have already figured out where to start (e.g., identify compressor power leakages) and you need light support in identifying the best digital solutions for this specific problem as well as an analysis of corresponding gaps/risks.
All our assessments are based on a combination of on-site/remote interviews and shop-floor visits. In order to come up with valid proposals, a close collaboration between our teams is needed in advance and during the assessment in order to understand your current set-up, data availability and processes.
Our offer aims to assess the current digital maturity of our customers shopfloor and the potential value that can be derived from implementing digital solutions running on Microsoft Azure.
