Azure Well-Architected Framework Workshop

This two day workshop is based around the 5 pillars of the Azure Well architected framework and is designed to discover potential savings and workload optimizations that can be achieved within your organizations current Azure deployment. This Workshop is now designed so it can be delivered either remotely or on customer premises.

The agenda for the two days will cover the below areas:

Day 1

• Prior to the workshop it is necessary to have the correct access set up of the Azure tenancy to enable us to perform our analysis. Wanstor will provide all necessary documentation and guidance on how to enable our consultants to deliver the workshop.
• Initial discovery workshop to identify the key business objectives. During this session our Azure and technology experts will lead the discussions with your senior IT leadership team to understand the core reasons for requiring a cloud optimization audit. We will cover topics across the Well-Architected Framework such as:

Reliability - ensure your applications and platform is resilient

Cost Optimization - ensure all workloads and applications are running in the cost effective way

Operational Excellence: Ensure that monitoring is available on Azure resources and your applications.

Performance Efficiency: Ensure that your application can scale up and down to meet the demand and identify potential issues before they present themselves

Security: Ensure that all parts of the system are set up in a secure way.

Day 2

• Technical analysis and overview of the Azure deployment. Once we have completed the technical analysis our experts will provide a detailed recommendations and enhancements report.
• Recommendations and enhancements session. our expert consultants will spend the latter part of day two presenting our recommendations on how to optimize your cloud environment in accordance with the business objectives that were agreed in day 1.
