Apart from improvements in performance for large-scale scenarios, Internet Information Services (IIS) 10 is bundled with open source tool which can be used by developers and students for testing and learning purposes. It promotes experimentation by web developers and students on latest open source project versions available on Windows Server 2016.

The pre-configured IIS 10, Python 3.7.2, PHP 7.2.7, MySQL 8.0.13, with Microsoft Web Platform 5.0 offers option install many other tools and applications on one single dashboard. For instance: Python tools for Visual Studio 2010/2012/2013, FastCGi gateways and access to apps including CakeHP, WordPress, Weavy, Mayand, Winrecrut, Numedia Stacko, SugarCRM, Joomla and more.

It includes the latest version of Python (3.7.2) with pre-installed PIP. IIS 10 FastCGI enabled. All the features of MySQL (8.0.13) are also available.
