The finish line is in sight. You’re at the final phase of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework. You have successfully completed the Azure Migration Assessment and the Design and Build Foundation. Now, there’s just one step left: the actual workload migration. We help you prioritize workloads and finally deploy these to the cloud.

All good things come in threes: identify, migrate and optimize. During 5 days, we will assist in planning and migrating targeted workloads to Azure. This involves testing and optimization into your newly created cloud foundation.

Here’s what we’ll do:

• Catalog your server infrastructure, collect metrics for workload utilization.
• Analysis of workloads, Azure VM sizing, and cost modeling.
• Infrastructure setup and migration of selected workloads.
