ATO Kickstarter: 4 Wk Workshop

Unsure how to get started? You’re not alone. Many organizations are facing similar challenges in achieving ATO, such as limited familiarity and experience with the ATO process, an inability to predict timeframes, or apprehension to translating requirements. AIS’ ATO and CAP experience, processes, and templates can help you address these challenges.

This 4-week assessment workshop series helps technical and information assurance leaders better understand the ATO process and the steps and resources needed to achieve ATO in a timely manner. The workshops can be held remotely or on-site at your facilities.

Our Approach:

• Week One: ATO Planning Workshops – Understand how to establish an Azure ATO Roadmap, including activities, timeline, and support needed.
• Week Two: RMF Process Workshops – We'll cover how to move through all 6 steps of Risk Management Framework (RMF) in Azure.
• Week Three: We’ll cover how to package, address controls, and navigate assessments to obtain the Authority to Operate.

Optional Workshop:

• Week Four – DISA CAP Connectivity Roadmap Planning: AIS can help you understand the process for achieving a Cloud Access Point (CAP) and building a roadmap to start your cloud migration.

Deliverables:

By the end of the workshop, you can define a high-level plan and an implementation roadmap obtaining ATO on Microsoft Azure and begin your cloud transformation journey.

After the initial educational workshops to kickstart your ATO process and understanding, we offer additional engagements to support your ATO journey through consultative and implementation services.
