During a standard audit, we can conduct a quick and accurate analysis of the current state of the Data Warehouse or prepare a list of steps to be taken before migrating or implementing a new Data Warehouse on the Azure platform. The detailed scope of the audit is determined individually, but usually covers key, permanent areas:

  • analysis and evaluation of the architecture of the Data Warehouse layers,
  • business needs coverage analysis,
  • analysis of the correctness and optimality of the Data Warehouse model,
  • verification of the processes supplying the Data Warehouse,
  • assessment of the adequacy and optimization of the selected ETL and BI tools available on the Azure platform.

Note: The audit usually lasts up to 30 business days and ends with a meeting during which the conclusions drawn from the prepared audit document are discussed. Aspects of strategic decisions faced by the Management Board are discussed. The audit service is carried out remotely or at the client's premises, with the participation of a dedicated team of specialists.

PART II - analytical and technical

  • verification of source systems (up to 5 key systems)

*At the request of the contracting party, the scope of the audit can be extended. Additional areas included in the audit plan will be priced and determined before the service is performed after the client's and the contractor's approval.
