Our agile development and the parallel conception are helping all functions and future business models. To establish further success, we need a designated Project Lead, Project Owner and support from your Dev Team to establish a fruitful MVP Online experience for your customers.

In this MVP Phase we are concepting the UX/UI Flows together with your team. We will integrate specific dealer functions and interfaces and will setup the environment for a holistic evaluation of your existing extensions and plug-ins.

The first en bloc sprint will result in the implementation and quality assurance before the go-live. Optional we are offering a parallel support for agile coaching and customer experience in further phases.
