Azure HIPAA Migration: 8-Wk Implementation

#Phase 1: Assessment Our Azure Migration service begins with an in-depth discovery process. The discovery process includes interviews with IT & business staff, read-only access review of the existing environment, and review of all relevant documentation including architecture, server inventory, data-flow documents, SLA's and contractual commitments, and performance metrics.

##Phase 2: Design Over the course of multiple sessions, Azure Certified Solutions Architects will develop custom architecture diagrams that meet HIPAA or HITRUST compliance standards.

###Phase 3: Build We will build the Azure architecture and work collaboratively with your team to migrate your applications to Azure.

• A high-performance, HIPAA or HITRUST-eligible, secure Azure environment customized for your applications
• Extensive documentation about process, architecture, governance, and tools so that you can easily manage the environment post-migration
