SQL Server Cloud Readiness Assessment

Seven Seas Computers

Customers can use the cloud readiness evaluation to identify on-premises SQL Server workloads that can be transferred to Azure.

The declaration by Microsoft that SQL Server 2012 is no longer supported presents issues in terms of innovation, cost, security, and regulatory compliance. Upgrading to the most recent version of SQL Server will need additional investment and database migration, but not every organization is ready for it.

The proposed assessment will help organizations to migrate their legacy SQL Server environment to Microsoft Azure. On Azure, customers can choose options between PaaS, Managed Instance, and SQL Server Virtual Machines. During the course of our analysis, we will recommend what will suit best for your organization.

Agenda:

  1. Discovery.
  2. Migration Assessment.
  3. Documentation & Recommendations.
  4. Customer Presentation.
