Azure App Modernization Insight Sprint is a specialized offering from Tarento where our architects will analyze your applications and architecture, identify the candidates for application modernization, recommend the right approach to modernize on Microsoft Azure, do the cost assessment, propose timeline and effort.

Application Portfolio Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of the application portfolio to identify the applications that are candidates for modernization on Azure. This assessment should consider factors such as business criticality, technical architecture, and application dependencies.

Application Discovery: Conduct a high-level discovery process to gain an understanding of the application's performance, user journey, and security requirements. This process should consider factors such as application user analysis, user journey mapping, application performance analysis, and application security analysis.

Application Rationalization and Prioritization: Identify and prioritize applications that need to be modernized, replaced, or retired. This process should consider factors such as the business value of the application, technical feasibility, cost and resource requirements, and impact on user experience.

Identify Application Modernization Approach on Azure: Identifying the right approach to modernize the application such as Lift and Shift, Cloud Optimized or Cloud Native on the Azure Platform

Analysis & Roadmap Generation: Analyze the requirements and create a business blueprint which will be converted into a project execution roadmap document
Estimation: Create a full-blown project implementation estimate and a resource utilization plan
