• Current and desired DevOps practices related to backlog management, version control, test automation, release management, and operations.

Based on our findings we select an Azure DevOps governance model that fits your needs.

After the governance model is agreed upon we will help you with the technical implementation of the Azure DevOps services on your Azure environment.

The project takes about 3-4 weeks in calendar time and consists of three to four half-day workshops, planning, documentation, and configuration work.
