AzureAI/ChatGPT 3-week Proof of Concept

This 2-3 week $10k engagement includes:

• Kick-off Intro of the Proof of Concept / Pilot Engagement
• Mutually agreeing on a use case to test out the AzureAI/ChatGPT query environment
• Convergent Computing (CCO) will setup the AzureAI/ChatGPT services in your Azure tenant
• CCO will assist in the selection, sanitation, and loading of your dataset that'll be used in this initial use case (typically 15-40 PDFs work best)
• A CCO business analysis will then assist typically 2-3 pilot users in formulating "good" questions to ask the private ChatGPT environment and how different phrasing results in better results, building the business-side foundation of getting the most out of an internal instance of AzureAI/ChatGPT
• Selection of a "next" use case that'll expand the use of the implemented AzureAI/ChatGPT environment

The consulting services are billed on an hourly basis @ $250/hr and typically uses 20-30 hours (less than $5k-$7500 of the budget). Only time spent will be billed The Azure consumption cost is ~$11/day (less than $350/month) for the runtime cost of all of the Azure components to run this setup The solution uses all native Microsoft technologies, no other components are needed to be purchased or licensed, just Azure consumption noted above

This is an initial "get it setup and going for a first live use case" engagement where AzureAI/ChatGPT will be fully running in your tenant to work with ongoing. Data is loaded up and the ChatGPT query page will allow your users to ask questions of the data. Leaps beyond the typical "talks and demos" into a REAL live working environment in your tenant. Additional use case setups and indepth training are usually requested after this initial engagement to expand into more detailed integrated business solutions.
