Engagement Scope:

1. High level discovery: an initial assessment of the client's environment to identify data points suitable for automation and collection, periphery requirements and definition of scope of services.
2. Project setup: establish user access and permissions, and set up integrations/adaptor services.
3. Onboarding and configuration: provision and configure devices, create virtual environment, and set up event profiles and alerts.

IoT Device Management With intuitive device management functionality, Connected IoT can onboard, organize, monitor, and manage devices at scale. The platform supports event management, allowing clients to define rules and receive alerts based on data received.

Data Transformation and Analysis Connected IoT ingests, transforms and analyses data to provide clients with historical reporting, real-time insights, and analytics. Visualization tools, such as Azure Digital Twins, custom dashboards, and 3D models, makes understanding data and business metric simple. Analyse and extract critical insights through advanced alerting and AI/ML services.
