DISCOVERY SESSION 27Global's Cloud Assessment begins with Client stakeholder interviews to understand all underlying business goals, growth strategy, and functional requirements that will guide, and must be supported by, their move to the Cloud.

ASSESSMENT SCOPE Our cloud experts will then analyze the existing applications, infrastructure, data elements, as well as their interdependencies, including:

• Application architecture & code review
• Application infrastructure (current & future/end-state)
• Cloud infrastructure & HA options + cost analysis
• AppSec assessment + security measure recommendations
• Disaster Recovery plan review (if existing) OR net-new plan development
• Data migration strategy + sync guidelines & recovery/backup/retention policy development
• Monitoring/Alerting + protocol & management recommendations

MASTER DELIVERABLE Throughout the Assessment, 27Global will actively document any findings and conclusions. Upon completion of the Assessment, a master deliverable will be provided comprised of the distilled findings/conclusion, including:

1. Business objectives, including functional & non-functional requirements
2. Current State, including but not limited to: architecture diagram, on-prem infrastructure, data integration diagram
3. Target State, including but not limited to: recommended changes to app architecture, recommended Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD recommendations, data migration plan
4. Development Roadmap
5. Top Down Estimate & Operational Cost Analysis
6. Recommended transition to 27Global Cloud Migration engagement
