APIMM Engagement: 8-Weeks Implementation

The implementation of Wragby's API Management & Monetization (APIMM) provides the core competencies to ensure a successful API program through developer engagement, business insights, analytics, security, and protection. This is an 8-Weeks Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology carried out by our Cloud Infrastructure and Software Engineers. The deployment process which is in phases within an 8-week cycle is described below:

1. Environmental Readiness Assessment: Evaluation of your IT estate's level of readiness for an Azure-based API Manager & Monetization implementation

2. Architectural design and sign-off: Systems Architecture design, build, approval, and sign-off phase

3. Creation of API Management Service Instance: Azure API Gateway instance provisioning, configuration of network and control policies to guide usage

4. Importation and publishing of APIs: API Services and publishing for use on the gateway manager.

5. Integration of the Subscription Portal: deployment and configuration of the custom build subscription portal for payment and subscription management of the API manager.

6. Testing of APIs in Portals: Quality Assurance tests of the build

7. Products Creating and publishing: Product Bundles Publishing.

8. Transformation, Protection, and monitoring of APIs: Creation of transformation policies to alter requests and responses of APIs.

9. Service Validation: Final validation with Business users and other stakeholders

10. Service Support: Post-implementation support of the platform. As an Azure Expert MSP, we offer a Tiered Support model from our Azure Managed Service

Expected Outcome

By the end of the delivery, you will have an integrated solution that allows you to expose specific data services for use by other organizations, for a fee, if required.
