Hexaware brings in the offer for all interested customers to undertake a FREE assessment and progress to the migration of mailboxes, through our self-service platform, AMAZE. The billing will start only when the customer initiates migration and the pricing for mailbox migration is dependent on the number of mailboxes that will be migrated.

The different price components are as follows:

* Assessment only – Free of cost

* Fixed Charges (Migration cost of first 100 mailboxes)- $1500

* Additional Charges (After initial 100 mailboxes) - $12 per mailbox

As an example – if you migrate 20 mailboxes, the cost shall be $1500. For another case of 120 mailbox migration, the cost shall be $1500 + $12*20 = $1740

Pre requisites :

* Customer on-premise mail server has to be Microsoft Exchange 2010 or later.

* Before starting, disable directory synchronization and unified messaging if they are turned on.

* Enable and configure Outlook Anywhere

* Verify your domain in Office 365. It requires you to add a TXT record in your DNS zone.

* Use Exchange Admin Centre to create a migration endpoint. The endpoint contains all the information necessary to connect your Microsoft Exchange 2010 server to Office 365.

On providing required details, you will receive a mail from Hexaware guiding you through the migration steps:

* Step 1 – Establish a connection between on-prem infrastructure and Office 365

* Step 2 – Run our smart assessor to assess old mailboxes and get guided tour for migration

* Step 3 – Migrate complete Exchange mailbox to Office 365

Deliverables:

* Assessment report of on-prem mail server

* List of user mailboxes migrated, and the licenses mapped
