R&S®Trusted Gate – Mail Control secures email attachments directly in Microsoft® Outlook. Email attachments are automatically replaced with placeholders. The original files are encrypted, fragmented and stored in a multi-layer storage system of your choice – either in the cloud, on-premise or a mix of both. The placeholder attachments are linked with the secured files which can only be accessed by authorized receivers.
