Access Management
HelloID Access Management provides employees, partners and customers with simple, secure and uniform access to cloud applications. Authentication takes place via a login with username and password. Two-factor authentication can be used for additional verification.

Users access a user-friendly dashboard on their laptop, tablet or smartphone. The API makes it also easy to integrate the dashboard into existing intranets such as Sharepoint Online. - Only one login per session
HelloID supports all common Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols such as SAML, WS-Federation and OpenID Connect to automatically identify and authenticate users for each cloud application. - Two-factor authentication
For added security, a PIN or OTP can be required via authenticator apps like Microsoft Authenticator or devices like a YubiKey. - Apps also via "catch all"
Applications that do not support SSO by default can still be easily integrated into HelloID via a "catch all" capability.
