CI/CD practice implementation: 4-6 weeks

This enable your application development teams to deliver code changes more frequently and reliably. CI/CD will also enable software development teams to focus on meeting business requirements, code quality, and security because deployment steps are automated.

Service is performed in following steps:

1. assess current development process and tools used
2. introduce best practice CI/CD process/tools and align exceptions or customizations needed for your organization
3. setup tools and onboard your developers to use:
   • Continuous integration (CI) with tools such as GitHub, Azure Repos and Azure Pipelines (Build) - will bring a set of practices and tools that enable development teams to implement small changes and check in code to version control repositories frequently also to integrate and validate code changes of different platforms.
   • Continuous delivery (CD) with tools such as Azure Pipelines (Release) – will automate the delivery of applications (i.e. automated way to push code changes) to selected infrastructure environments, such as production, development and testing or staging.
4. migrate legacy build & release configuration (from Jenkins, Teamcity, AWS etc.) to Azure DevOps pipeline.
