Day 1: LLM Tech & Tool Bootcamp

The boot camp day is a crucial step in preparing for the Hackathon, as it's all about getting familiar with Gen AI technology. We have an LLM lecture and discussion in the morning, and the afternoon is dedicated to technical setup so that everything is ready for the next day.

Goal: Getting ready with knowledge and tools prepared for the AI Hackathon

Morning agenda:

• LLM and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) technology lecture

Afternoon agenda:

• Setting up GitHub Copilot for developers
• Setting up Azure OpenAI tooling for non-developers

Day 2: AI Hackathon

Hackathon day is about getting hands dirty with Gen AI, how Gen AI tooling should be used safely, and how to start company-wide Gen AI utilization. It’s also about taking your ideas and implementing an AI-based solution on how Gen AI can help you and your company perform better.

Goal: Persons (or work pairs) produce solutions for problems with GenAI tooling securely and safely

Morning agenda:

• Lecture on practical and safe utilization of GenAI in your organization
• Idea gathering and starting to work on Azure OpenAI

Afternoon agenda:

• Continue to work on the ideas
• Documenting ideas for actionable roadmap items on Azure OpenAI
• Present your solutions to the team
