Text Classification Engine: 10-day POC

Enfo’s Text Classification Engine is a service where our consultants tailor and retrain our existing text classifier with your data. The classifier is built using Azure Machine Learning Studio and deployed as a REST API so you can easily integrate the classifier to other applications and RPA solutions.​

Enfo’s Text Classification Engine has a proven track record of classifying up to 90% of incoming service requests and thus significantly reduced manual labor. By tailoring the existing classifier for your needs, the results are quickly realized.​
