Azure Migration 2 Day Assessment & Strategy Design

During this assessment, ETP will complete discussions with key platform owners to understand future development, availability, backup and application dependency requirements (both technical and operational) in order to create a high-level view of a future state architecture. This view will enable customers to make key platform decisions taking into account core elements such PaaS vs IaaS vs SaaS, what types of PaaS and for which workloads, etc. Output from this assessment includes:

1. High level Azure architecture design
2. Recommended Application treatment ie Migrate as is or modernise onto PaaS services
3. Recommended Azure Subscription Groupings
4. Recommended base Azure services to support the migrated environment e.g. Azure Sentinel, Azure Lighthouse, etc. It is recommended that this be supplemented with a detailed analysis that builds out run state costs over a term, detailed architecture design, etc so the customer has the best understanding of what a move to cloud will cost. *This assessment will be for 2 days. For larger assessments, timing may vary and be chargeable. This will be identified before engagement and the scope can be refined to meet the 2 days. ** A full detailed assessment will be free if the customer chooses to have ETP migrate the workloads and bill the Azure moving forward.
