LTIMindtree Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment offering is the result of our strong partnership with Microsoft using their wide range of native tools, home grown developed tools and processes. This is a 2 week, free of cost engagement is a prelude to the full-blown Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment to help you get confidence by giving quick insights to Adoption Readiness, Workload Compatibility, Azure Cost Estimates, etc. which will help you to take informed decisions for their next steps in the roadmap of your journey to cloud. Following are the phase wise activities performed in this assessment: Week 1 - Data Gathering Phase • Project Kickoff. • Appliance Setup by Customer. • Agentless Discovery of Servers. • Rolling of Cloud Adoption Readiness Benchmarking questionnaire. • Configure as-is on-premises discovery assessment . • Application Business information gathering through stakeholders.
Week 2 - Data Analysis • Sessions with stakeholders/App Owners for validation of Business information • (two session of an hour each). • Application and Environment wise inventory groupings. • Evaluate Application Azure Readiness. • Analyze, consolidate and derive Cloud Adoption Readiness Benchmarks. • Analyze and Derive Azure Monthly Cost Estimates. • Derive Business Services Criticality vs. Complexity Matrix. • Prepare consolidated Business Services information.
