We will conduct an Azure Virtual Desktop Workshop and Assessment with the customer to identify user persona’s, remediation activities and migration options to move from legacy VDI platforms to Azure Virtual Desktop.

As organisations embrace cloud technologies a key area of modernisation is moving away from legacy VDI Platforms such as Citrix to Cloud Native Platforms like Azure Virtual Desktop.

The Azure Virtual Desktop Assessment Provides the following: • An experience Quorum consultant to help drive the customer and engagement to move to Azure Virtual Desktop • A High Level Design, Assessment and Recommendations document

By Conducting the Azure Virtual Desktop Assessment the customer will capture the following key outcomes helping to migrate workloads to AVD: • Customer stakeholder workshops to discuss current and future states. • Understanding of current VDI landscape • High Level Solution Overview o Azure Virtual Desktop Future State including  User Persona’s  Host Pools  Application Deployment  Profile Container  Auto Scaling Approach  Security Controls  Azure Landing Zone Integration Requirements  High Level Migration Approach from legacy VDI to Azure Virtual Desktop • Remediation Items • Risk Matrix
