A one-to-two-week, Professional Services lead initiative that is conducted to educate the customer on the concepts of virtualization utilizing Azure Virtual Desktop and implement an AVD infrastructure for a subset of users to utilize the concepts and infrastructure:

o Review of virtualization customer vision and goals to gain an understanding of business strategies required for AVD o Design and implementation of a persona-based virtualization strategy that meet customers desktop and application goals o Client assistance on device and image management within AVD o Testing of deployed virtualization architecture
