Microsoft Data Academy - 10 Week Implementation

Our team will deliver an academy program that will enable a data-driven culture across your organization by providing our professional expertise and capabilities. We blend an approach of business acumen, industry knowledge and Microsoft technical skills to help our clients upskill their teams and build a data-literate organization.

Leveraging Microsoft Azure, we will educate your organization on databases, organizational data sets, and tools such as Power BI. Users will be empowered to deploy additional Azure modules such as Compute, Storage, Database, Security & Authentication, and Power BI dashboards.

• Discovery - Week 1: Evaluate existing tools and classify the skills of your staff into agreed personas (ex: Consumer, Power User, Expert)
• Design - Week 2-3: Design a curriculum to improve skills and lift levels of expertise for each persona using accreditation via Microsoft Champion Program
• Build - Week 4-7: Build enablement content and setup best practice reports framework
• Enable - Week 8-10: Enable through Champion Program engagement and branded communications to ensure adoption of the academy

Deliverables:

• Learning path for one key persona
• Curriculum for up to five modules
• Champion sessions to launch academy

At the end of this engagement, your organization will have a framework to continue academy education methodology.
