Chatbot Proof of Concept with BotStack

Black Marble will deliver a workshop which will explore the potential of bots. This session will include a demonstration of different types of bots and a whiteboarding session where potential use cases and key requirements for bots can be identified. Following the onsite workshop, Black Marble will deliver a high-level report, capturing the outcomes of the workshop. This report will include a chatbot brief, which identifies the purpose of the bot, including any requirement for Artificial Intelligence, and who the users will be; a high-level conversation design fulfilling the brief, including visual element to demonstrate the look and feel of the bot. Black Marble will then deliver a proof-of-concept bot application which is closely aligned with the requirements identified at the concept stage.
