Our team of Certified Azure Architects will engage with you on initial planning workshop to understand and outline the application and/or environment characters. We use a Microsoft Solution Assessment built on Movere along with other tooling to first analyse your real estate usage and envision how this will map to Microsoft Azure.

We use an Agile delivery approach to migrate your workloads with the first step in this process creating the delivery backlog and story points for the entire project. This gives you certainty on what we aim to deliver but also complete control throughout the migration process on your budget and with a real ability to see the impact of change throughout the process. Throughout this process our teams also work with you to test and document the new cloud native estate.

Our service can be summarised in 3 key phases.

1. Plan - Develop a cloud adoption plan. As part of this planning stage we create an inventory of your digital estate, we address all skills and knowledge gaps and establish a framework for initial organisational alignment.

2. Migrate - We work with you from the very first workload migration ensuring a seamless transition from on-premise to managed cloud.

3. Govern and Manage - We manage and optimise your new cloud data centre, meeting with you to agree business commitments and operational baselines. We work closely with you to ensure continued stability of your investment and give you a platform to innovate into the future.
