Deployment Instructions

Once the deployment is complete, you can access the machine via ssh, default username: azureuser. App login credentials will be available via welcome message, or in /etc/motd. The app itself is at /opt/[app].

This installation includes our support package. Our support team is available for any queries here.

Support Terms

Our support service means we will provide remote assistance (via telephone or online communication) in response to requests pertaining to the following: Basic, short duration installation, usage, and configuration questions. Issue diagnosis: isolating cause/s of issue/s (for example, assistance interpreting traces and dumps for installation and code-related problems) For known defects, we will guide you to available corrective service information and a method to obtain available program patches from the open source supplier.
