This infrastructure management service ensures a customer’s critical business systems are monitored by experts to minimize downtime, are kept up to date with the latest security and operating system patches and valuable data is protected from loss.
New Signature’s IaaS and PaaS Management service compliments and integrates with a customer’s existing IT services,
enabling customer IT team members to provide great user support, while New Signature efficiently handles the
operational activities normally associated with managing on-premise servers and public cloud environments.
This service is delivered by New Signatures level 2 and level 3 support teams, and Operations Center. It is designed to augment a customer’s existing IT service delivery capability (who provide level 1 support to end-users) and integrates with their internal processes and workflows.
The service monitors the health of customer infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud based), provides expert teams to pro-actively investigating alerts to resolve detected issues, manages server operating system patch installation and Windows Defender updates, and provides protects valuable data with backup and disaster recovery services.
